Our story
The Egyptian real-estate market has become enormous. Every week a new project launches, a payment plan shifts, and a new offer surfaces on social media. Buyers end up with a hundred tabs open, ten brokers calling at once, and three different prices — half a million pounds apart — for the same unit.
We built Resalewy to make that go away. We bring every compound in Egypt — Mountain View, Palm Hills, ORA, Sodic, Talaat Moustafa Group, Emaar Misr, Hyde Park, MNHD, and 30+ other developers — into one place, at their official prices and on the payment plans they publish.
Our mission is simple: compress the distance between "I'm looking for a home" and "I've got the keys" — shorter, clearer, and respectful of your time.
How we work as your intermediary
Resalewy is a licensed marketing platform — we connect you to the developer's sales team. We do not sell units, hold deposits, or collect payments.
100% free for buyers
We earn a marketing fee from the developer at contracting. The unit price you see is the developer's official price — zero markup from Resalewy.
Direct to the developer
When you are ready, we introduce you to the developer's licensed sales desk. The contract is between you and the developer — we stay with you through follow-up.
Verified data, daily
Every price passes a three-step check: official price sheets, cross-reference with public listings, and editorial review with a published last-updated date.
No sales pressure
If a project does not fit you, we say so — even when it pays a higher commission. Honesty is the long-term profit strategy.
